房间：轩辕这边条件很好，五星标准，房间装修有特色，设备齐全。
前台服务：很好，态度热情，介绍细致，提供信息准确，有问必答。
餐厅：中餐厅就是名泉饭店，味道一般，上菜较慢；早餐在西餐厅，种类较多，味道不错。
温泉：温泉套票含在酒店房费中，温泉在酒店外，车程5分钟，酒店提供接送车，温泉主要是室外温泉，由于假期，人比较多，但整体还不错，服务也比较好。
交通：酒店不提供上下山接送车辆，但酒店出来走路2分钟就是景区换乘点，上下山可以乘坐景区大巴，比较方便。
综合：9分，整体不错，1分扣在中餐厅味道及服务

整体不错，早餐还行，就是服务员到你房间交给你的千岛湖矿泉水不要拿，算账时要付5元钱一瓶，客房内本来就送2瓶水，这事有点过了。
