挺好的。就是大堂接待的姓唐的男服务生让我尴尬，说宝宝要收钱，可是宝宝不满四周岁，后来一个女服务员给搞定了，这个点赞。服务态度跟同里湖度假村相比差一个档次。但是玩的比较多，宝宝很开心就行。

非常不厚道，可以说国内国外的酒店住的不少第一次碰到二大一小住宿，小孩要加收费用没有加床。后来与前台据理力争后没有增加费用。但是酒店里的有关活动项目小孩就不能使用，否则就要另外收费。所以二大，一小的家庭不要订这家酒店。

酒店环境不错，但是感觉这么大的房间1.2米的双床有些浪费，床大些就更好，儿童乐园比较好玩，温泉比较小。
