硬件设施不错，餐厅很有格调。只是客人不如想象的多，问了保洁员，说周末客人还是蛮多的。酒店可以拿到芙蓉谷的优惠价，没上黄山，所以不知道是否能拿到黄山的优惠票。

酒店地处黄山北大门附近，在酒店院内即可看到松谷索道站，庄园内环境不错，可散步骑车看大白鹅；房间内比较干净，但阳台卫生一般；早餐餐厅环境舒适，餐点丰富，就是小孩要加收49元；晚餐餐厅环境一般，铺的地毯，一股很重的霉味，两天的晚餐就这样将就了，菜还不错，臭鳜鱼、豆干、酱猪肝都蛮好吃的；前台服务、餐厅服务、客房服务都很好，点个赞。总体来说，这次的入住体验还不错的。顺便批评下同程 ，感觉一点都不为客户着想，基本不会再在同程订酒店了，差评差评差评差评差评差评！
