房间很大很干净，前台的小姑娘很热情，特别是打电话去咨询的时候有位孙经理很有耐心，态度很好，谢谢他的服务。五星好评！下次还来这里！

多次到过黄山，对这家酒店印象最好：既不失高贵酒店的典雅，又让人感受到热情、朴实的亲切感。入住后服务员送来的酸奶很解乏、悦心；吃晚饭时服务员（陈娟？）专门为我们开了散客餐厅，服务周到，加上菜的味道也很好，吃得非常开心。希望能继续保持，下次不仅自己，也推荐朋友光顾。

第一次来黄山选择了这家五星级酒店，开始并没有太期待。爬了一天的黄山一下山就到了酒店，本来很累的心情在check in的时候被总台小姑娘的微笑服务中一扫而空。位置特别好，很显眼的路口上，周边建筑物特别气派，酒店的徽式建筑高端大气，让人看到了酒店的文化底蕴，酒店大堂到处都是老外，入住氛围特别好。住的景观房，阳光满满地洒在被单地毯上，暖暖的。网上订的价格性价比特别高，值得推荐。点赞。
