1、酒店整体环境可以，但是服务不行！我们开车到大门口，连个接待的都没有，跑到酒店里面问停车场，两个穿旗袍的女服务员很木的说不知道~~~
2、还有艺龙定的酒店，酒店描述不清楚，定的时候写包含早餐，到了酒店，酒店告诉我们是包含早餐和自助晚餐的！导致我额外在**预定了晚餐。艺龙太恶心了！
3、酒店的餐食很垃圾！晚餐自助没什么可吃的，炒菜只有3个，米饭很久都缺，然后有小火锅，但是却没有炉子！很多人都在抱怨！明知道是元旦节假日，居然还这样搞！
4、早餐也是一样，品种少得可怜，奶酪就切几片在哪里，面包也是几片放哪里！抠成这样，根本不值这价钱！
5、我同时定了两个豪华大床房，结果一间带浴缸，一间没有浴缸。打电话问前台，居然告诉我要升级房间价钱！后来老公在电话问，说为什么两个一样的房型，价格一样，房间布局会这么大差别？后来才给换了带浴缸的房间！有多垃圾的酒店啊！！！
6、酒店的枕头都很高，软踏踏的一点都不舒服。
总结：下次不会住，也不推荐朋友在哪里住，位置偏得很！当时主要是第二天去罗浮山玩，一家老小来住的。
