作为博罗最好的酒店，整体设施和服务真的很不错。但入住率较低，早餐厅只有几个老毛子在用餐。前台Nick和jenny很热情，帮忙安排出租车，换枕头。早餐尚可但种类不太多。房间住的舒服，床很大，欢迎水果和两瓶农夫山泉水，房间四个枕头都是羽绒软枕，建议换上两个中硬枕。淋浴室不排水，晚上冲凉后早上里面还有很深的积水。没有浴袍雨伞，有点意外。不错，加油

非常高大上的超五星级酒店，没想到可以比照片还好，这就是真实地体现和感受服务的过程的超级享受！酒店外观非常西欧气派，大堂气派堂皇，服务又亲切友好。酒店房间就是现代化的设计，不仅床够舒适，洗手间也是大方敞亮的设计。房间有圆圆的玻璃电脑台，而且不太占用空间；软绵绵的西式沙发；还有带锁的冰箱，衣柜有现代烫衣板和烫斗，洗手间的推门还是全身镜，真的独具一格；阳台的藤椅藤桌正好让晚上的赏月有一个非常舒适的休息地

酒店环境很好，适合一家大小度假，房间很干净卫生，特别有个很大的露台。但停车场的设施不完善，在大门口正面的停车场没有监控，车内放的背包不翼而飞，问过保安说沒监控，最终无处可查。作为五星级酒店应加强保安和监控，保障客人财物的安全。

酒店环境真是不错👍正好碰到下雨天，还好有健身房和体感游戏，孩子和大人都玩得很开心。离县城只有几分钟车程，吃饭方便，附近的老树私房菜也不错。离罗浮山也近，这次下大雨没去成，下次还会再来
