臨時計劃出行的，房間也算舒適，柜台人員服務態度不錯,䣓天出太阳，給小孩玩水，因沒帶到泳圈，酒店也沒銷售，提早退房，早歺歺廳太小了，美中不足

酒店装修豪华，配套设施齐全。前台接待人员亲和力高，耐心细致，业务娴熟。房间整洁舒适，配置也齐全，比较人性化。唯一不足是洗澡水压稍小，出水量不够大，望改进！酒店工作人员服务态度非常好，迎面都会微笑问好，让人感觉比较舒心。用了酒店的免费健身房，非常棒，因没备带有泳裤，下次再体验恒温游泳池了。以后回博罗住店或招呼亲友，一定选万怡了！
