房子很不错，很新，阳台超大，老板也热情，还帮忙叫了车。小区楼下还有一些儿童玩的游乐设施，带孩子的也可以住这边很方便，吃饭的地方也是特别多。

新的公寓，老板很nice～价格不贵。因为想看到海景老板还给我免费升级了房型，特别的感谢，非常好评～ 而且位置很不错，下去走一两分钟就是沙滩了，特别棒

公寓的位置很不错，就在大亚湾那边，公寓有地方可以停车，挺方便的，就是有一点儿贵。还有就是房间很宽敞，很干净，入住以后服务员的态度也超级好，这边的海景确实很美，总的来说，个人觉得这里是一个很值得推荐的地方。

公寓很不错，临近海边，拉开窗帘就是阳台，可以坐拥无敌海景，超级的不错。而且房间又宽敞又干净，床上用品也特别舒服干净，除此之外，公寓的周围还有很多好吃的餐厅，大排档之类的，总体的感觉还是很好的，很满意！

海水一般，周边在建工地，有些吵。有停车场，一天60，感觉华润抢钱?吃饭倒还可以，附近有歺厅，在艾美酒店附近。出了小径湾周边村庄农家乐是个大坑

带家人旅游，位置在惠州海滩，房间面积不小，比较干净整洁，海景房风景优美，就是吃饭要外出，不太方便，总体感觉还是超值的
