酒店在十里银滩附件，华润投资项目之一，环境新，设施齐全，自带沙滩，还有华润超市，酒楼，餐饮，泳池要收费，房间是业主拿出来出租这个大家都清楚了，肯定没有酒店那么好服务，但是会有人带你上房间这么大把，忘记带手机充电器，超市没有得卖，商业街没有得卖，晚上出去霞涌市场买的，那数据线贵过人参。酒店出去红绿灯左转再下个红绿灯左转直走就到霞涌市场，海鲜便宜，买了去加工问道很好。总的来说，不错，明年再来。

公寓管理与酒店公寓还有不少差距，没有洗衣机不方便。海景和小区管理还行，不过海边没有开放，基本没人管理，飘来垃圾不少。
