无敌大海景，两层套房，非常舒适。由于淡季的原因，周围环境清静，人不多。小区管理得好好，出入要用门禁，感觉非常安全。

性价比差极了，所谓酒店其实就是一间配置低的出租房，打电话也不来接，自己扮华润小区业主蒙进小区找了半个钟，下午5点多才找到入住，先是无WIFI，电视看不了，然后晚上9点竟然停电，三十几四十度的天要热出人命，等到十点多十一点跟客服和这边的人协调退房，都说退吧退吧，就是不说退钱只说协调，十点二十分才离开的，你说你不退钱，明明是你的问题为什么你可以不负责任？你说我一走就来电为什么不打电话让我回来？你的店就是名符其实的黑店。

这是托管的公寓，小区环境挺好，安静，空气清新。房间是180海景房，装修一般，算不上精致，卫生算是中等好少少。工作人员服务中上，房间内电视机要找人来调设才能看得到电视：（。小区停车费贵，5元/钟，一天下来就60了，而且感觉管理跟不上，我们在高峰期排队缴费出去停车场都等了半个钟，郁闷。
