此次预定有波折，在网上的订单也确认，到达该酒店却没有此预定，后来前厅人员找到单子说他们没有接同程这个单7月1日单退回去了因为接了旅行社的单子没客房给我们。后来只好住单人间。该酒店直到晚上6点的水才较热可以洗澡，中午水很冷，7月初去的，水质不太好，一开水首先是黄的，中午想洗澡放了10分钟冷水水还不热，所以到6点后洗最好。若有朋友想这个月在那里入住不要定标间，定湖景房，标间那边靠近施工地带会很吵。酒店的湾仔茶餐厅24小时营业，味道也不错，不过比起周边一中附近价格偏贵点。该酒店的客房服务人员不错。

服务一般.我们2月初入住,房间只有被子,连服务台都没有毯子.房间没开空调,热到晚上1点多才入睡.希望下次能有所改善.

窗外有湖，景色很美，但有时酒店热水供应不足，望能２４小时提供热水．服务人员态度蛮好．交通方面，建议开车的人的入住．

地理位置还算是不错,能望到湖,可惜是南湖而不是介绍中的西湖.去西湖,因为入酒店的路为单行线,还要自己开车绕了个大圈.br另外,一个不足之处就是附近没有能够吃饭的地方,也得借助交通工具,所以只建议自己开车的朋友入住.

服务员态度很好！提出的问题都能尽量解决brbr就是打扫房间总是忘放一些东西，比如小毛巾，擦鞋器等
