客服介绍的，酒店离西湖走路10分钟左右，环境不错，就是洗手间水龙头热水和冷水跟标示的方向不同，一开始不知道，打了N遍电话到服务台都没人接。后来还是自己摸索出来。

酒店感觉还不错，住在湖景房比较安静，很舒适，就是客房空间有点小。位置交通方便。

我觉得呢 就是服务态度比较一般 希望可以热情一点~！就是服务员冷淡了点~！还有哦·“我入住后的第二天早上会很吵！有人在楼下放DJ音乐！很吵那种~！不知道为什么服务员没有去叫他们放小声点~！这点都不会做吗？真是好奇怪的~！希望下次入住会服务周到一点~！
