酒店卫生不错，紧邻南苑公园，步行到惠州西湖正大门15分钟左右，比较方便，早、中、晚餐都可以在酒店内享用，不错！同程服务也很好！赞一个！

总体来说不错，服务员亲切，但房内的热水不好，洗澡时先要放大概15分钟冷水才有热水，要服务员也看过，她自己也说先放下冷水，这个时间太长。我住9楼，还是热水问题要改善。
