##史上最坑爹的国庆房！！！
国庆期间带老人小孩来莫干山，住德清，想着住个好点房间定了亲子套房，看网上描述亲子套房是6-13楼，结果给我们6楼，2，4楼是KTV。半夜夜班高歌，吵得老人睡不着。半夜打电话给前台让KTV别唱了，结果酒店说KTV不是他们的，他们管不了，又忍了一会儿想睡着了明天再去交涉，结果还是睡不着，只能半夜捣腾换房间。
2；国庆长假999¥一套间的价格，结果开头住的604房间两个浴室的地漏有问题，要堵同时堵，让客房部来解决，等了很久。浴室里全是水！！
3；早餐食物盒子里面食物都看不到，要个煎蛋要排队二十分钟，很多食盒子都空空如也，更可怕的是连餐具也看不到！！不得不说餐盘很充足！相比之下叉子勺子一个都看不到，隔壁桌的小姐问我能否给她一双筷子。
4；投诉了酒店也没有任何回复。

应该是德清最好的酒店了。住的是B楼，同行5人，但是两张大床绰绰有余了。康乐设施在A楼，过去也很方便。酒店很棒…

位置很好找，房间很大，两间的套房，两个卫生间、里面房间卫生间里还是智能马桶，不能加床 很适合带孩子 家人入住，早餐在对面金银岛国际一楼大厅 很丰富 菜品很多，停车场很方便、地面地下都有

不错哦，朋友推荐的酒店，住的很舒服很放心，室内简洁，早餐也不错，大堂的闫伦驰服务热情，态度亲和，主动为我们介绍德清当地的特色景点还有美食，很愉快的！！
