4个大人1个小孩，定了个套房，有好有坏。大热天空调不给力是最大问题。进门那间还好一点，里面那间大床房的温度根本打不下来，开到16度也不行。本来是1909，第一天晚上给我们换到1912，稍好一点。但是第二天回来又不行了。两间房间温差明显。晚上还好一点，白天温度根本打不下来。来了几个工程部的人也解决不了问题。这是最大的问题。还有第二天卫生间有异味泛出，不明显但也不舒服。前台服务一般。电梯里没有空调。早餐要去边上的金银岛大酒店吃。
卫生间有两间这个不错，但都是淋浴。两间卫生间，为什么不装一个浴缸？马桶一个有卫洗丽，一个没有。橱柜抽屉挺多，可以放很多东西。进门的地方有一个料理台，如果还有一个微波炉就更好了。冰箱是西门子的家庭冰箱，冷藏冷冻分开，这个比一般酒店的小冰箱好，夏天可以放很多东西。（不过这个也是在我们的要求下换的，一开始给我们的21楼套房是没有冰箱的）。
总之一般，如果能解决好空调和卫生间异味，还是可以的。服务么也就是国内酒店的一般水准，也不能奢求太多。
