通过同程在线订的，到酒店准备入住时居然告知没房，酒店的服务人员态度很差，连最起码的沟通也不会，无语……。好在第三方（同程）解决方案还算满意：给我们另找了一家酒店（水月清华）入住。劝亲们以后别订新雅兰酒店，服务人员素质太差！太恶劣！

到了酒店门口还以为弄错了，门面写着是浙江农信学院！房间中央空调声音较大，婆婆说开着晚上睡不着觉，只好开窗睡，幸好天气不算热，浴室缺少挂钩等，毛巾.衣服都没地方放，还有就是wifi超弱。早餐不错，品种较多，也会及时补足。酒店旁边有个大公园，逛逛不错，还有儿童游乐场，小朋友玩的很开心

酒店的主楼还可以，入住的二号楼真的太差了！进去一股霉味，卫生间很破旧。

非常完美的一次旅行哦，酒店虽然装修有几年了，但感觉还是很不错的，设施齐全，地方也好找，最主要这次订的大床房木有了，酒店直接给我们升级了套间，捡了个大便宜哦。以后再去莫干山还去那住，御用酒店哈。

订了两间房，一间被升级成套房，房间不错，早餐也很好，唯一不足的是想泡浴缸的，但是水太黄，杂质太多，实在不敢泡，希望以后能改进。
