酒店位置较好， 在一个公园旁， 离下渚湖湿地公园也不远酒店。因为是国庆过后去的，所以办理check-in 和check-out都很快。大堂很气派，房间里有客厅，还不错，但是浴室和卧房里都没有大灯， 感觉总是很昏暗，卧室的床很舒服，卫浴设施一般。可能我们下午出去时窗没关好，晚上有蚊子。，早餐是亮点 ，不错，有现点现烧的馄饨和面条，还有当地的米饼，蛮好吃的，可惜没有酸奶。服务员也很好， 看我吃完了，在收盘前还问我要不要来杯红茶或咖啡。

酒店很好，已经第二次居住了，酒店隶属开元集团的吧，服务很热情，特别是保洁人员看见你都面带微笑，很少有酒店能真正做到这点了，酒店的房间很大，设施会有点旧了，但是环境清幽，离温泉也比较近，早餐很丰富，各式中西点心，饮料应有尽有，反正比较超值

酒店设施不错，但是由于时间长了，显得比较旧，订的是湖景房，但是看不到湖，房间配有阳台，由于是元旦去的，还送了2个玩偶，2张温泉票，自助早餐也比较给力，品种齐全，选择多样。酒店服务比较好，连卫生保洁人员碰到都是脸带微笑，感觉很温馨
