酒店位于太湖之滨，风景优美，价格虽然贵了一些，但也物有所值。就是没有商务中心，购买机票等不太方便。

我们下午抵达酒店时没有预期时的感觉，感觉也不就如此，没想象中的高档和富丽堂皇。预定的双床房给了大床房，面积也不大。就是里面的设施都是全自动化的，后来给我们换了房。亮点就在晚上，酒店的灯光非常漂亮，这时才感觉到这晚才值2800一晚。也总算尝试过了奢华。

服务很好，提前电话后安排了无烟层、有圆浴缸，每个房间都配套露台，视线开阔；泳池分室内室外，有儿童区域，人不多，水够干净；早餐品种多出同类酒店，值得一提的是服务真不错，每个人都笑容满面，提出问题可以马上解决，为帮宝宝找个帽子还特地跑去中餐厅，还是值得这个价的！

酒店位置不错，硬件设施豪华，停车位较小，车大的比较费劲。住的那晚有雷雨，居然跳闸停电了，还好很快恢复了。总体来说服务还需提高，与价格不相匹配。
