酒店不错，特别是贴身管家赵娜，大晚上的还送来粥！不过前台中午催退房这点不合适，入住时已与前台确认退房时间可到下午两点！总体很好！

酒店的硬件和软件非常好，迎宾的美女热情、主动，酒店设施实用卫生，尤其是客房的服务员（郭晓曼）让人印象深刻，服务到位，不愧是高级酒店，很开心的住宿。

服务态度极差，带小朋友，行李很多、没有任何工作人员来帮忙。大厅一个女的，不知道是不是大堂经理一张脸板着，搞的好像别人欠她多少钱一样。住了好几次这家酒店了，但是以后绝对不会选择。早餐不丰富，房间设施也一般，性价比极低！绝对不符合五星酒店的标准

提两点建议
淋浴碰头位置装的太高，角度还不能再往下调节，我185cm的个子不算矮吧
门口保安主动性太差，开车来的，也不主动引导你停哪里，更没有指挥下停车，我主动问的，问了半天才明白我意思告诉我停哪
