30多度的天气，酒店却不开空调，前台称空调好的，楼层阿姨说开个窗不就行了，说两句手机响就接电话走了再没回来处理。楼层管家带个人来测室内温度，实测29度，然后说要不拿个电扇吧！经过反复交涉，总算打开空调，但没两个小时，又关了，半夜热醒，忍无可忍半夜1点半再次打电话给总台，总台回复给你换条被子拿个电扇吧！！！试问，是酒店经营困难节约用电呢还是根本不把住客的意见当回事？这种五星酒店还是第一次碰到！

酒店安排在26楼，前台接待服务很好，天气热，马上就说我们五楼有泳池，还有贴心管家问天气热要不要多加矿泉水，晚上还有问候饮品，有四种可以选择，从高高的楼层望下去看见夜晚的江阴也是极美的。五一人少让人大感欣慰 值得一来。
