房间大，管理、服务不够规范。热水炉的水是脏的，黄色的，打电话反映，派了一个服务员上来，假模假样的看了，说不清楚。后来在我一再追问下才说，一整天都这样了，是热水炉的问题。无线、有线网络也是坏的，不能用。大家预定前可以打个酒店电话随便聊几句，从接电话的服务人员的谈话中就知道服务情况了
