非常不好的体验！首先是当时下订单的时候已经明确约定付多少钱了，在入住前几天还去酒店确认过，说没问题，可是就要入住的时候，酒店突然临时加价，这么多客人都在酒店了，只能先给钱了。
第二点是当我把问题反馈之后，酒店没有及时处理
第三点是艺龙客服，碰了几个，有个无论是处理问题的能力还是态度真的很差，明明跟她说了，酒店的人之前已经放了我几次鸽子了，还叫我等酒店的人联系我。另外就是，她们不会第一时间吧事情处理进度反馈给客户，每次都是我主动打电话。
总的感觉就是，问题出现之后，不主动及时解决，感觉无论是艺龙还是酒店都在踢皮球。从10.4反馈问题到现在也过了八九天了，钱还是没还给我！！
