硬件设施不错，看得出在建设方面是下过功夫的。无论是酒店布局还是整体感受都是优秀。可惜水西草堂边上的小河水发臭，彻底破坏了整体感官。其他么，这个酒店的服务是我近十年见过最差的。主要是服务意识问题，随便的令人费解。

酒店装修是挺新的，房间面积不大，现在这个季节居然还是羽绒被，早餐要到景区外的梅州酒店吃，为了吃个早饭进进出出的，不是很方便，而且早饭品种少了点，早餐水准貌似和酒店不太相符

定了水西草堂的房间，是在景区里面的。前台服务真是差到爆！！！！去的时候也没撒客人，但是3个前台就是磨叽得要命，没有一个人干正经活。定的是标间（之前定了豪华大床，特意电话了酒店说是没有婴儿床，无奈换成标间），前台一味跟我强调没有标间了？？？甚至让我换最便宜的大床！或者自己跟携程协商？那我提前定房间是干嘛来着？！然后拿到房卡，重点来了，非常不熟悉业务的短发前台跟我说房间在景区大门左边，结果烈日下走了找了半个小时楞是没找到。后来重新回去问才知道是在景区里！反正因为对前台态度的不满意，以后再也不回来了，也不会推荐亲戚朋友入住这里！！！！
