春节人多，服务员减少，服务质量下降是否中国酒店节日的通病。早餐品种较少，同国际五星酒店的早餐是不能比的，可房价却不比嘉兴其他五星酒店便宜啊。温泉也一般。

第二次来云兰湾，酒店温馨服务一直是女人们渴望的至高无上的享受。这个季节，行政套房价格下调了，有2张温泉赠票，一觉醒来还有如此温馨的早餐送餐服务，为送餐部点赞👍

房间很好，交通也很方便，唯一不足的是不能定没有窗户的房间，否则晚上很热。酒店的员工还是培训的很好的。有问题都能及时的来解决。
