本就是说走就走的旅行 主要为了女儿想泡温泉 没看什么就定了套房！到酒店办理入住特地问了含温泉是怎么拿票进温泉 几点到几点 回答我中午12点到24点，今天晚上去了明天白天就去不了了 好吧 我选择明天下午去吧…进房间后发现套房后院有泡池 打开水准备先泡泡，开的时候水蛮大，等大半小时后发现水自己停了，池子里没水…致电前台说需要服务员帮我们开，服务员来了说应该是工程把水关了，再致电总台先答应我马上开，10分钟后又来电话说今天用水压力大开不了！？好吧，这点压力就不行了那你开什么温泉酒店？！第二天早上女儿还想先在池子里泡泡，结果依然没水，好吧，敢情就是个摆设！之后去温泉报房号拿钥匙，再去退房，先不说他所谓的温泉如何，进入更衣区换泳装准备去温泉时一个服务员的指引让我顿感从开始就是在被当傻子看待！住酒店其实就可以免费泡温泉了，不需要拿什么票，只要在房间里换衣服直接可以进入温泉区！但是在我特地问的情况下还是不和我说！我想可能就是看见我女儿身高140+了，想办法让我额外出168的钱吧！

服务员热情，设施很完善，水上乐园孩子玩的很开心，就是酒店为了将浴客和住客分开，住客下楼需要倒腾几次，不太方便

很意外，出乎我的期望值，只是没有经验，行程没有安排好。房间很好，还有大浴缸，大赞。等天热点再去一次，就可以去鱼疗池了

云澜湾温泉度假酒店服务方面还是比较不错的，我们这次在酒店开了个小型会议没有想到酒店会免费提供会议室和茶水服务，所以将来我们还会再去！
