东南亚风格的酒店，大堂很气派，房间舒适，硬件ok，软件上再提高下就完美了。br喜欢他们家入住时赠送的曲奇饼干～br酒店离摩尔商圈不是太远，但是那个商圈真的不咋地，破破落落，不值得走一趟。br每晚七点左右的音乐喷泉还可以，孩子喜欢。

酒店管理还需要进一步改进，希尔顿的标准不应有差异性，至少在办理入住或退房时不可姑息插队之人。

艺龙下的订单，艺龙的打电话来说不准说是艺龙定的！搞不懂了！到了酒店前台报了订单号还要问你是在哪里定的！再次搞不懂了！前台还说有退订风险，再三搞不懂，于是跟艺龙客服交涉，说是10分钟回电，于是10分钟、20分钟30分钟后依然没回电，我带着孩子老人在酒店大堂饿着肚子等他们的回复，一小时后无奈的我向艺龙提出退房，客服说退房要申请，然后又是等………终于在两小时后被告知没办法退房，只能入住，办理入住是前台还是说有退订风险，我就搞不懂了，我在艺龙上定的房间是付了钱的，为什么前台还要说这么无理的话，希望酒店和艺龙好好协调一下，不要来坑害我们消费者
