环境很不错的度假酒店，酒店里的饭店味道也不错，但价格稍贵。
但是日料餐厅用晚餐时，不但温度偏低，而且点的寿司竟然在我们吃到最后时通知我们原料不够，什么包房客人多，没搞清楚什么的，反正是没给合理解释，我抱着度假的心态没有跟他们计较，真是让人大跌眼镜。

优点:山景房正对滑雪场，景色一流，酒店硬件设施不错，装修简约时尚便利。
缺点:卫生间打扫不太干净，而且卫生间返味严重，房间总有难闻气味，网上就有反应此情况，看来是酒店设计的难以解决的毛病。另外价格偏贵，性价比不高，住市里五星级酒店，白天过来滑雪更合适。没有游泳池。

新酒店，冠着日本王子集团的牌子，提供的却是二星酒店的服务意识。松花湖雪场的设施，服务，管理，安全保障，一切都是让人心塞无语。一行人的深刻感悟：被严重忽悠！

酒店人性化，滑雪方便，因有专用的滑雪中心，出了酒店就能上雪道。酒店房间空间设计好，衣帽间大、卫生间和浴室分开，还有个大的飘窗，晒太阳、看书很合适。餐饮不错，日式精巧、中式正宗。
