初到王子和大多数的度假酒店差不多，到了前台告知因房型紧张只订到了山景大床圆景双床，这样还需要来回折腾，前台帮我一百块升级了山景行政，太感激。进了房间看到雪场那一刻惊喜万分，可以躺着看雪场的人滑雪喝茶，真妙。还有就是深夜里我和朋友出了问题，停车场的保安和监控室人员的陪伴很让我们感动，如果可以，希望可以感谢表扬他们！美中不足就是房间卫生还需加强，卫生间味道很大，晚上需关门入睡。

酒店很好，滑雪场质量非常好，各层次滑雪爱好者都能找到相应的雪道，总体感觉满意。
小意见：房间卫生间及角落卫生打扫不彻底。早餐不够丰富。各项配套设施还不完备，如游泳池没开。

这是个顶级度假酒店，当天到达后酒店主动升级为高级套间，酒店的外观和清洁不错，不过管理很差：晚上8点后基本是热水不热；马桶水件质量差，冲水后持续漏水，房卡失灵没有电，电梯发生突然停止运行意外，打电话问前台关于机场大巴预定，结果给了雾淞旅行社电话叫旅客自行订位；住店的雪票套票比商业街的户外店贵很多，根本体现不了度假功能。
