早餐还可以，有免费停车费，游泳池免费，前台服务态度好。就是零点大厅吃饭的地方太热了，可以说整个酒店除了房间凉快，其他都不凉快。房间的浴衣有一件上面还有口红印子，所以没用。带孩子来还算不错，孩子很喜欢，升级了一个套房免费加了床。周围可以逛着玩下，鱼头一般，没什么性价比，莱芜炒鸡不错。

雪野湖附近高档酒店，设施齐全，环境优美，济南近郊值得停留住宿的地方之一，餐饮有待提高，早餐尚可，但假期就有些供应紧张，零点有些差强人意，尚待提高。娱乐设施有待完善，可以开设附近景点的观光车，增设订票业务。还有游泳池温度太低，有加强管理
