忙着过年 忘了评 第二次入住 时隔一年 周边更完善了 更热闹了 软硬件都有提升 卫生状态保持的也不错 早餐人真多 也还不错 就餐环境比较好 下次去济南依然的首选

房间设施无可挑剔，环境不错，泳池及健身房玩的挺开心，但健身房不让10岁以下的孩子进是不是该明示且给孩子一个玩的地方。服务完全不匹配5星级，进大堂时一保安在满嘴脏话的和人聊天，入住时服务员告知房间未打扫出来让半小时以后来办理，2个小时后来还告知没打扫完请再等，进房间后烧水壶里居然有头发。虽然服务人员态度较好，但这种问题不应该出现在一个五星级酒店吧

整个住宿体验很舒适，房间面积大，物品整洁有序，价格实惠。总体来讲建议入住体验。缺点如下：1.酒店大堂在35楼，房间上下都需要返回35楼，换电梯，到地下车库又需要从B2换电梯，整个快整晕了；2.房间热水不热，早上好起来了。

设施是在不感恭维，晚上休息时，灯关不上，天太晚，所以就没让服务员修理，灯亮着睡了一晚，结果退房时，把问题反映了，服务员表情耐人寻味……与此同时，洗手间马桶还是活的
