已经是第三次来维笙雪野了，酒店环境很好，工作人员服务也很热情，自助早餐品种丰富，每天都会更新菜品，酒店也有近十年了，所以房间里有些家俱轻微脏污可以理解，卫生状况不错，泳池很好，音乐节也不错，工作人员还准备了花露水很贴心，烤串很好吃，孩子们玩得很开心。因为酒店位置原因附近没有快餐之类的吃食，如果酒店可以加点快餐之类的比如炒面，炒饼特色小吃这类可以送到房间那就很完美了，一点拙见哈。很多细节都可以看出酒店在客户体验方面很用心，比如走廊里随处可见的抽纸和矿泉水。总体很好，性价比高，已经推荐给同事了，祝维笙雪野大酒店生意兴隆！秋天再见！

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed.
The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me.
The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from.
I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could.

非常差，避雷。窗帘子也不知道经历什么了。起码的卫生都是问题。脏！！！非常脏！！！那个玩偶地毯脏的你们能看的下去？床上的毯子上都是污渍，小帐篷下面垫子里头还有之前客人留下的一直拖鞋！！滑梯也是坏的，积木盒子里很多黑的脏东西，遥控器不管用！前台电话打不通！你们敢标价1399搞这样的环境卫生也不怕客人差评，不要给我打电话！！

优点：免费升级成商务套房的湖景房，能看到全面的雪野湖景色。房间里的饮用水很充足，酒店到处都是免费的瓶装水。酒店内部的游玩设施比较全面，有可以租用的多人自行车，能到达酒店的各个位置，也有浮桥能到湖边露营烧烤等，还有游泳池可以用。早中晚都有自助，饮食比较方便。到景点的位置很近，坐船、登高、农家乐都很方便。
缺点：一租用的自行车不算多，而且没有提示截止到晚上几点不能骑了。二饮食偏中餐多，西餐类几乎没有，孩子想吃汉堡和薯条也没地方定。三房间里没有润肤乳，希望以后可以提供。

干净卫生，还送水果，酒店设施齐全，在五一假期到处是人的时候来这里休闲真的非常惬意，选择两晚套餐还送两人自助午晚餐一次，骑车和坐船，真的满足了所有想玩的项目，关键是酒店工作人员非常礼貌客气，见了都点头微笑，这几天几位领导的也都在大堂处与顾客互动，服务，细节做的更是到位，每个电梯旁都有纸巾和免洗洗手液，对于带孩子来玩真的非常友好，而且每一层电梯附近都准备了免费的普利斯矿泉水，太温馨了。强烈推荐带孩子来玩。

酒店位置得天独厚就在雪野湖边，周围景色园区活动休闲区功能齐全，带着长者孩子两间房都免费升级了行政套房,早餐非常丰富，服务非常贴心，下次还会继续入住

房间条件很好，环境很美，很舒适，性价比高，走廊小桌子上的免费瓶装水很方便，自主餐种类很多，包过雪野湖的鱼头汤，99元一位性价比很高，吃着饭的环境很好，吃着美食还可欣赏雪野湖的美景
