第一次订这个宾馆。晚上8点到的，绕了两圈也没有找到入口。后来打电话给前台，从后院进去的。由于是去济南的高速路服务区休息时在艺龙上订的，好像只给出大床/标间的选择，到了前台时服务员说订的是大床，肯定不行呀。还好，服务员给升级了，很棒的宾馆！房间大、新颖小巧的空气清新器、厕所和洗澡间别致，床品优良。就餐环境非常棒！墙上画可能出自哪个名人手笔。早餐品种非常多！只是毛巾有些旧。

喜欢的地方:
1.酒店位置好，吃饭方便。
2.酒店早餐不错。
3.前台服务人员很热情，赞。
4.酒店有格式手机充电插头，来的第一天救急了，谢谢。
5.枕套好像每天都会换新，不错。不知道床单会不会更新?
不喜欢的地方:
1: 健身房早9点开门，太晚了，6-7点起床没地方锻炼，最不喜欢的，就是这个。
2: 房间每日赠送水果，有时候会忘了送，橘子好像也不新鲜了，有股奇怪的味道，朋友来了，不敢让人家吃。
3. 到前台办理事务，竟然被其他客人插队! 前台应该提醒插队的人请该人排队，而不是谁把房卡先递上去，就先处理谁的事。理解前台很忙，但无辜被别人插了队，我也很不爽。我没做错什么。
5.小酒吧物品不齐全，和单子上注明的，对不上。
6.去餐厅吃饭，被告知都是包厢式的，一般六个人一组，一个人去吃，不划算。好吧。
