地理位置优越，逛街出行都不错；就是地下停车场的工作人员态度不好，而且停车也很难停；要表扬一下礼宾部的李品平先生，非常热情，我们行李很多，开始定的房间不满意，又调换，他很耐心热情地一直帮助我们找房间，推行李！客房接电话的小丽，很热情细致！餐饮的自助餐需要品种，品质改进。。。下次来济南，还是首选洲际

这种酒店还是不要住为好！起码开车来的不要住，门口有地方也不让停车，偌大的广场也不让停……推荐旁边的香格里拉！绝对比这边好的多，还便宜
