这家酒店是我此次出行最满意的一家，第一次到济南，因你们酒店的优质服务，对济南留下了特别好的印象：
1、有家的感觉，很温馨！装修、摆设各方面都很有品味，设施全，床也很舒服。
2、大堂Alice给我留下了非常好的印象，很亲切、耐心、周到，主动帮助指路，让人觉得很温暖。
3、离火车站非常近。步行5分钟。附近有济南市美术馆、图书馆。吃饭也方便。有机场直达西站的大巴。

出济南西站抬头就可以看到酒店标识，步行五分钟就可以到达，owen经理很热情，自助餐也可以。
