酒店没有儿童拖鞋和洗漱用品，房间味道太大，进门后眼睛流眼泪，呼吸也不舒服，给前台要求提供空气净化器后，赶紧离开房间出门。孩子在餐厅问服务员姐姐是否有饮料和价格时，服务员态度很生硬，全程面无表情，我在远处看着，服务员的态度搞得孩子很惶恐。离店时，我拖着的26寸箱子，整个大厅没有任何一个行李员来帮忙，到了酒店门口保安全程就站在车尾厢旁，等我把箱子拿下楼梯放到他手上，他再放进车尾厢。这次入住体验真实够够的，以后不会选择香格里拉了。
