住过这么多五星级酒店，体验感觉最差的。慢慢说来吧。
1.服务员的颜值低无所谓，但是基本的服务素质要高，这家服务员的服务意识连小快捷的都比不上。
2.接待领导不要住这里，到处乱哄哄的，从地下停车场到一楼二楼大厅，到处都是小孩子乱叫的声音，到处充满着乱意。太差了。
这样的酒店不住也罢，也去过济南其他的五星级酒店，服务比这高的不止几个档次。
再说说房间吧，能达到五星级水瓶，就是太老了。
总的来说不推荐这家酒店，建议换一个有能力的高管，不能把一群不会管理的人放到五星级酒店，有损形象。希望改正。
