舜和酒店是我每年都要住上好几次的酒店，以前多次点评和表扬过前台接待的美女罗树香在办理入住手续上从时间和礼貌上都是无可挑剔的。这次办理完入住到达房间后，客房服务员魏惠英热情周到的为我们送来水果和小茶点，第二天回来房间焕然一新，还发现有她本人手写的一篇“感谢我们入住，有什么需要随时····”的信件，心中甚是感谢。
