初次入住，有点出乎意料，环境设施一流，房间环境卫生也是一流的，没有任何瑕疵，大堂经理沈跃服务细致、热情、周到，还给安排了免费的果盘、牛奶和小饰品，偶遇酒店老板倍感亲和，总之非常满意，以后还会再来，全部五颗星！

非常棒的住宿体验。房间卫生整洁，洗澡水大，停车场车位多。大堂及其他服务人员服务都非常热情。特别是客房服务人员第二天打扫卫生时，看到我父母衣服晾在房间主动把衣服拿到酒店通风处晾晒，看到打包回来剩下的辣菜，还留了菊花茶，并详细留言。年轻时在山东当兵的父亲很受感动，特写表扬信一封。
