  服务人员办理入住，退房业务不熟练，能接触到的前台，餐厅服务员训练有素般的一脸麻木，连基本的微笑都没有，酒店硬件不错，行李较多时允许自己托个行李车去楼层。酒店早餐没评价中的那么差劲，中餐还行，西餐弱。可以延迟退房到2点，去洪湖溜达下回来正合适。停车很方便，没人管。还没退房，房间就提前被清理，被套床单都不更换，再次入住你觉得能接受吗？照片是用早餐学习到的健康知识，挺好。

  早餐可以，交通便利。办婚礼的很多，酒店不算大，停车场不收费，周边比较偏僻吃的不多。价格还算OK，洪湖最好的酒店

  环境优秀，卫生干净，看着很舒服，床上用品很干净整洁，卫生间很整齐，风景很美，离市区很方便，里面的水有免费。是我们出行的好酒店，下次一定会介绍很多朋友来这里游玩居住。
