  极差的一次消费体验，十一点四十办的入住手续，进房打开空调后让小孩洗了澡，结果空调一直吹得是冷风。打前台电话一直占线，下去时有一家子也是在为空调坏了的事情跟艺龙打电话退了房，问前台什么时候空调能好她回复说不知道，等我回房收拾好了下去退房时她不同意退，说空调马上可以修好，这种话能信吗？？弄的我们一家半夜三更还在大街上转找酒店。艺龙跟她协调说只能退一半房费，请问下艺龙，这种酒店还有在你们网站存在的必要吗？等着明天打12315投诉吧。
