  性价比高，环境优美，房间还配有儿童帐篷，卡通的床尾巾，小孩子好喜欢。地理位置好在古城中心地段，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好。房间设计商务风格也很有特色。下次还要入住

  这次带娃来荆州走亲戚，预定豪华亲子套房，房间设施好，还配有儿童帐篷，小孩子很喜欢。服务态度超好，房间也很干净。前台不同时间值班的几个小姐姐说话都超有礼貌，而且很贴心，外卖送来会帮送上去，需要接机会仔细询问航班信息，特别是我落下了东西小姐姐专门致电告知并帮忙寄回，环境很棒，室内环境很有设计感，门面装潢很特别很让人喜欢，前台大厅楼梯下还有养鱼的水池，房间内也让人感觉温馨。

  第二次来了，每次服务和房间的卫生都让我特别喜欢。早餐是7点半开始，我赶着去开会，感谢员工的热心帮助，帮我拿了打包盒打包带走，服务态度点赞。然后无论什么时候前台小姐姐每次态度也都特别好，帮我延迟退房，不带二话。这种服务就是每次都能超过你预期

  首先酒店地理位置很好，酒店地处荆州老城区核心商业地段，周边旅游景点繁多（方特东方神话、海洋世界、园博园、荆州古城、张居正故居、关帝庙。。。等等）服务都很好，帮忙延迟了退房。酒店的枕头睡过最舒服的…总体都不错！
