酒店服务很贴心，给宝宝准备了儿童拖鞋，儿童小牙刷，接待我入住的小美女的服务耐心热情，很有亲切感，宝宝很喜欢这个小姐姐。房间干净宽敞明亮，带孩子出行就跟打仗一样，入住期间酒店服务人员给予了不少帮助，临走还给宝宝抓了一大把糖，服务热情周到，很不错的入住体验！

酒店的位置特别好，我从郑州东区开车过来走郑开大道特别顺，坐车的话也是非常方便，轻轨站离酒店大概5分钟车程，高铁站也就不到20分钟，现在开封西区发展特别好，环境还是很不错的，酒店临着西湖，饭后散步有地方去了，入住时前台小姑娘贴心的给我一张很有特色的手绘地图，并且不厌其烦的一遍遍给我们推荐游玩的路线。客房有免费的欢迎水果送给我们觉得心里暖暖的。房间里面设施让人觉得很舒服，不那么花里胡哨，追求实用的感觉，有不同种类枕头可以要自己喜欢的，酒店的气氛很好，到哪里都有人打招呼，让我们觉得很温馨。我觉得第一印象很好，

去开封建行办事，找了就近的酒店，交通特别方便，去开封北站和开封站打车都十几块钱酒店。酒店很干净，早餐简单了点，不像四星级酒店。前台只有一人，退房集中的时候有些忙不过来

交通、购物、餐饮都很方便，服务和卫生也都挺好的，唯独有一件事情有点意外，那就是在洗澡的时候发现，下水道疏通不及时。
