酒店服务非常到位，暖心，特别是刘书清与雷丽丽。

虽说因为游泳健身调到开元名都来了，但是两位姑娘的热情理解，弄得我都有些不舍了。

这是第二次入住了。酒店位置很好，在联通公司对面，和银行证券从业者毗邻，进出人士都很nice。停车很方便。前台小哥小姐姐服务周到。定的亲子房，房间大，特别喜欢房间布置，两张床都大规格，这种类型酒店很少。免费饮料，晚上还有酸奶小点，退房还有小礼物送。瓶装水随用随有。特别是小人书和大宋书籍，超赞。早餐在顶楼，餐品丰富，价格公道，整洁舒适。总之大赞

房间干净整洁，卫生间、洗浴室、梳妆台设计很温馨，酒店就在金明区，地理位置极佳，前台工作人员对顾客非常热情。我们是早上9点左右到的酒店，酒店工作人员竟然同意让我们一家入住酒店，正常情况下在12点之前酒店是没有义务让客人入住，这一点特别感谢酒店，酒店服务超人性化，谢谢来旺达酒店。

酒店位于金明大道与汉兴路口，虽然离传统景点不算太近，可是附近有金明池，且离汴京八景苑（小吃城）、大商超市很近，就餐购物方便。酒店房间很大、设施齐全，还有免费停车场，自助早餐也不错品种丰富。酒店服务也很好，入住送点心、牛奶、冰箱有免费赠饮，离店送开封特产，下次还会入住。

酒店位置应系市区，出行方便。选用的酒店客房是亲子房，用了很多亲子元素的主题，当天入住的是佩奇小猪房间，房间设计风格很不错，最重要的是酒店是新的。早餐也可以，停车很方便。

很舒适的酒店，服务态度好，没有押金，退房也很快，酒店提供矿泉水和各种饮料，还有酸奶和饼干，送的菊花茶很好喝，退房时还送了两桶菊花茶。
