服务说不清楚，怪怪的，我按照正常流程，出示身份证先订好房间，老婆和孩子在后面，服务员非要老婆再出示身份证才让上楼，我们问她是不是每次上楼都要出示身份证呢，又说不用，怪怪的

酒店位置挺好，在开封的城北区域，距高铁站较近，但设施一般，不能加床，不适合带孩子，早餐种类不多，吃饱没问题、门口有免费的停车场。
