地理位置挺好的，房间也很新，设施都是新的，细节部分考虑的很好，小朋友的用品也很齐全。这是一个讲究服务的社会，给这家店点赞，五星好评

泊云尚院酒店让人宾至如归，服务人员无论是帅哥美女都彬彬有礼，和蔼可亲。前台准备的暖宝宝，口罩，护手霜以及房间里的化妆棉，小牙刷，每天的果盘等都体现了酒店的细心周到，让人称心，舒适，惬意。酒店紧邻清明上河园，推开小院的两扇门，就好似到了北宋的开封，灰色的建筑，古朴典雅，室内木板制的装修绿色环保，处处都体现了八朝古都的风范。值得点👍很想再一来！

酒店各方面都很好，相当满意。由于自驾，关心停车便利条件，停在地下车位，由于建筑设计本身的原因，没有直接上楼的电梯，需要走一小段距离，因为没有大件行李，所以没有什么问题。在此提醒其他带有大件行李的朋友，由于车库入口就在酒店门口旁边，可以在车库入口先卸下行李。酒店离清明上河园很近，游览十分便利，由于时间关系，这次没能逛成，留待下次咯。房间里清洁干净，陈设设施也都很新。有地暖和空调双系统，温度调节很舒适。淋浴水量充足，水温适宜。早餐也算丰富，口味不错。
说完硬件，重点说说服务吧。事实上服务是最让我们满意的。前台接待周到细致，解说详尽，服务用心：得知老人没能使用房间里的开水器，接待的男生及时送泡好的果茶到房间；离店时，负责结账的女生特意提醒从大门边的车库入口下去避免走楼梯的不便；另外，还赠送了小礼物……引得孩子直说要多住几晚！
