前台态度挺好 但是真的是没有服务，定了单人间，空调开了一小时18度没有用，依然在27度，还没有大厅和过道凉快，要换房前台说没有房，我说自己加钱，说有一间商务大床房，每天再加130，我在网上看的也就230一间，我定的单人间也二百多，后来给艺龙打电话投诉再去换房就给免费升级换了……卫生：洗脸巾和浴巾都已经发黄发灰的，真的不好用；总体感觉一般，三星，继续改善吧
