酒店比较干净，但是设施与四星酒店不匹配，洗漱用品里连浴帽都没有，也没有衣帽间，像快捷酒店。早餐品种还行，但明显桌子不够，客人们还为争抢桌椅而吵架，菜品没了也没有及时补充。但让人感觉温馨的是客服服务员在客房的亲笔留言，非常喜欢。
