酒店硬件不错，应该是凯里最好了，但是软件不行，加床被子，打了三个电话，送了两个小时才送来，退房也比较慢，很空的时候也要等很久。早餐到十点，种类不是很多但够吃了，没有娱乐设施，没有开。还有热水一冷一热，孩子洗着变冰冷了一会儿又很热了，据说人一多就不稳定，这个有点不应该！

本来为了孩子能游泳订的龙都，结果艺龙通知酒店大年二十九涨价了，强烈鄙视这种行为，已经打了款果断退掉！这里表扬一下艺龙的客服，退款很快。我们一家五口又选择嘉瑞禾，入住时发现临近的套房和标间屋内有门可以通过非常喜欢，孩子也很高兴，可以在屋内藏猫猫，套房的浴缸也满足了孩子玩水的兴趣。总体很上档次，套房够大，很讲究。在这过年很不错！
