定的商务套房，到了酒店服务员态度爆差，时间晚了就算了，进房间，一股有人打了麻将抽了烟的味道，因为自己要抽烟也就算了，但是重来没有住过这么小的商务套房的床，顶多1.8吧。第二天11点服务员连续打了两个电话问续住不，不续住12点以前一定要退房，问她是不是骚扰到我了，态度恶劣的怼我，我没冒过火吧。最差的一次套房体验，

房间不错，估计是凯里最好的酒店了，但是交通真的很不便利，打个车要叫酒店前台叫车，30起步无论去哪里。

酒店的早餐不行，房间里面的wf不行，网络感觉就像十年前一样，时有时无，飘忽不定，给前台打电话，她说告诉她也没办法，我也不知道说啥好，我只知道这是豪华酒店！

虽然因为同程的失误导致房间退订，但是客服妹妹告知有高级套房，果断预订，入住成功。很不错的酒店，酒店大堂在山顶不止一个人走错啊。
