我得好好写一下，真的，这个酒店给我的感觉真的不好，首先是床垫太硬，床怎么可以硬成这样？客户都是老年人需要护腰椎？一个五星级酒店床垫的舒适度起码要保证吧，我翻身时甚至能听到弹簧响，五星级酒店连乳胶床垫都配置不起？其次是被子太差，应该不是羽绒的，对着光照里面填充的料很不均匀，几百块一床的被子吧？五星级酒店就用这个？还有枕头，绝不是羽绒枕，硬且回弹差，睡得我颈椎疼。以上。应该不会再回住。

凯里嘉禾维景国际度假酒店是凯里最好的酒店，这酒店有个特点，大门不在马路面，在大厦的后面，因为贵州山地多，后面是山岗，变了大堂在7楼。但下车的地方上大堂要走几级步级，但没有斜坡上去，带行李甚为不便，虽有残疾人士的升降平台，但没有人员帮忙操作。
